Even though the crew arrived earlier than expected, they were ready to start right away and worked extremely efficiently. They wrapped all furniture carefully with blankets and protective materials. The entire one bedroom apartment move was completed in about two and a half hours with no hidden costs. Everything was handled carefully and professionally. Highly recommended.
Excellent and efficient service from Ecoway Movers. I moved about 75 miles away and the team arrived right on time. They packed and loaded everything within three hours and worked very efficiently. They actually reached the destination before I did, even though I left only about 15 minutes after them. Unloading and unpacking was just as fast. Communication was smooth throughout the process. The only minor inconvenience was that they do not accept credit cards, but this was clearly disclosed in advance. Overall, a very positive experience.
I’ve moved more times than I can count, and there was always some kind of damage scratched furniture, bumped walls, something. This time with Ecoway Movers in Abbotsford, around the Clearbrook area, it felt completely different. The three movers who handled our 3+ bedroom split-level house were incredible from start to finish. Right away their attitude stood out. Very polite, very respectful, just easy to be around during what is usually a stressful day. They navigated some really tight corners in the old place and somehow managed to move several large, heavy pieces without marking a single wall. Still not sure how they pulled that off. They dismantled and reassembled all of our beds and tackled my extremely heavy office setup without hesitation. One of the movers even carried my son’s weight set down from the upper level, which could not have been easy, and kept the mood light the whole time.The job took about 7½ hours door to door, noticeably faster than my previous moves, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Pricing was exactly as discussed, no surprises. Genuinely grateful for how smooth the entire experience felt.
