Green Gorilla Movers are polite, professional, and responsive. I did feel the packing took longer than expected for a small condo, but when I raised my concerns, management was thorough and quick to address them. Their willingness to remedy the situation shows they care about customer satisfaction.
These guys did a horrible job packing my moving truck. So many boxes were crushed/damaged, fragile boxes were packed low with heavy things on top of them, furniture was scraped, my dresser was broken, heater was broken, and more.Update: After posting my reviews, GGM did reach out to me to apologize for the issues with the packing job and offered a small refund. I do appreciate them doing so, and believe this isn’t representative of the service they offer as a whole. I think the person organizing the boxes in the truck needed to pay more attention to what was written on them though.
GREEN GORILLA MOVERS moved my 2000# safe a couple hundred miles. HERCULES, MOHAMED, and MIKE worked very hard to ensure safe transport of my safe. They communicated well and delivered it exactly as promised to the precise place and spot I desired. At all times, they were polite and efficient.
