Highly recommend this company based upon decades of moving experiences! The team that came out, Quan, Michael, and Bulmaro, were prompt, polite, helpful, and steady workers. They were great problem solvers on this move and they worked great as a team. When we looked for a mover, there were ads for others that say we’re “cheaper,” faster, better. We decided to base our decision on a top 5 list of recommendations by Angi. Looking at USA Family Moving & Storage’s ad and talking to their office, I was sold on their apparent frankness, professionalism and that they are veteran owned. You don’t need to be a fellow veteran to appreciate the veteran can-do attitude and professionalism.We have had over 28 moves. My wife did 12 with her military family, and then another 10 with me during our military career and another 6 during 32 years in higher ed. Kuan and Mike did a fantastic job on the move. Very careful on the items big and small. They did the work in 3 hours as estimated. They didn’t rush, didn’t slow down either. They were moving consistently in pace. Very gracious folks and to think I did the move on a Sunday. I will definitely get them again when move permanently to another place. I love how they took care of my stuff.

Marlon was serious about the job and stayed focused from beginning to end. Together, they made a phenomenal team.Also- before moving day, Spencer, the on-site moving consultant, came out to our home. He was extremely upfront, honest, and thorough about what to expect. He took his time walking through everything, explained the process clearly, and made sure there were no surprises. That transparency gave me so much confidence going into the move.This was hands down one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had. Editing my initial review because we did notice significant damage to our wall which they said we’d be compensated for - we never heard anything. We also preferred that they’d use a specific restroom since my mom is ill, yet they used every single one in our new construction home.The crew was nice and accommodating overall and better than what you’d get if you hired a competitor. But I think we were just expecting a bit more refinement for the amount of money we paid.
After back and forth and no follow-up from the absolutely horrible moving experience, they closed our case after repeatedly saying we will make it right.Overall, buyer beware. Our move experience was one of the most stressful experiences of our life. They had to repair our previous house after their "highly qualified non contracted staff" destroyed floors, door frames, and put actual furniture through a wall.I was assured repeatedly by the owners we would be reimbursed for all damages. We paid ALL our services fees and for extra insurance. This amounted to a terrible backend office experience and several half-assed repair attempts on thousands of dollars in furniture. We had furniture FALL OFF THE TRUCK after I told the crew they were parked on too much of an incline. We have a dresser that was completely broken (not repairable) that was not replaced or compensated for. They wrapped few pieces of furniture and everything had some sort of damage.I definitely regret being nice and believing were would have been taken care afterwards.
