Trent and Royal were professional, friendly and got to work immediately. The delivered the white-glove service that I needed and were very efficient. The moving truck was huge, so you might want to let the company know if you have a small driveway, but for my move I had access to a loading dock it wasn't an issue. I would definitely use Wirks again for my next move. The office staff is also great, very accommodating and provided a quick COI.
We absolutely loved our experience with Wirks! Cody and De’ did a magnificent job in loading their trucks and carefully handling our possessions all the way into our garage. They are exceptional employees who we thoroughly enjoyed during our moving experience.
BUY THEIR INSURANCE! If I could give zero stars, I would! Absolutely the worst experience with a mover I have ever had. We had quite an easy move. 1 bedroom apartment and most of our belongings in plastic tubs. We only a few items that needed care and they managed to break one of those. I asked for them to do the right thing. Pay for the item the crew knew they broke. They refused and told me that I should have bought their insurance. They also informed me that they are only obligated to pay .60 a pound under Georgia law. I own a small business, I guess I’m a little different. I man up to my guy’s mistakes. My words advice if you do decide to use their services. Buy the insurance, you’re going to need it.

This was the second time Wirks moved us and I cannot say enough how amazing they were. Aaron, Darren and Desean carefully but efficiently picked everything up and delivered everything with the same attentive and skillful care unloading into my new home. They were so respectful, kind, had a great sense of humor and worked together like a well oiled machine. The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.
