This company unprofessional moved me from my apartment to my home. They destroyed my personal items and didn’t even complete the move. They also charged me $1700 without completing and doing the job and their employees were dressed poorly. I reached out to file a claim and their representative lied to me about sending me a claim sheet. I will be filing a complaint to the state about this company as I have given them the chance to fix their mistake. Extremely unprofessional stay away
I had the BEST experience with this moving company. From the very first phone call, I knew I was in good hands. Anthony, the owner, was absolutely fantastic!!! He was so kind, personable, and just an all-around great personality. We ended up talking for 45 minutes like we’d known each other for years! You truly don’t get customer service like that anymore. Not only was he wonderful to work with, but the price was unbelievably fair. The movers themselves were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful. They wrapped everything properly, protected the walls, handled my belongings with care, and worked so quickly without cutting corners.Moving can be stressful, but this process was unbelievably smooth and easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.Highly, highly recommend!
OMG! Can I just say that when you find a gem of a moving company, you appreciate it like you want to give it a big hug!!! We had a complicated move that utilized a different mover to take all our furniture to storage. 2 of the pieces were large, heavy, mirrored 4 x 8 curio cabinets that the original movers tried to move (including taking out 2 stair railings along the way) and then refused to complete their removal saying it was impossible to do. Like the cavalry arriving to rescue the situation, Pauly's moving crew (Tony, Frank, and the moving crew of Josh and his team) took on the job and completed the rescue of these precious cabinets. Using ingenuity and physics (yes, Josh and team calculated load distribution and angles of attack), a lift was used to take the cabinets over the deck railing to lower both units out of the home and into their truck. A truly amazing show of teamwork and what a moving company should be. Problem-solving and not problem causing. Stress-relief instead of stressful. And let me tell you, their pricing was an amazing price with no onsite changes but worth thousands more to my wife and myself. Our only regret is that we found Pauly's Movers AFTER we contracted with the other company. We HIGHLY recommend you place your trust and precious items in their care for your next move. Pics to follow!
Josh, Phil and Oscar were wonderful, highly experienced professionals! These gentleman were so kind and pleasant to work with. They were empathetic and understanding when it came to handling a particularly finicky customer (my mom). They were experts at maneuvering furniture in tight spaces without damaging the pieces or walls and stairs. I highly recommend them! 10/10 experience and 5 stars for sure!
I was extremely pleased with the movers and the professional way that they handled everything I cannot express how greatly I was pleased with the and the precessional way the handled my family heirloom. Its history goes back to when It was given to my family from Willie B. Williams who had been a valet for several presidents of the Southern Railroad. From what I am told it was bolted to the floor of the president’s personal car. When Mr. Williams retired, he was given the baby grand and he later gave it to my family it is now back in my after residing in my daughter’s mother’s home for twenty years .
