Overall sentiment trends positive with an emphasis on responsiveness and professionalism.

Imagine hiring a company to move your aging mother on December 13th from her home. A home that all of her memories, treasures and pictures reside in, establishing a life well lived. Imagine this company delivering the items to her new home. A time in her life with so much change, after losing her husband of almost 50 years. The 3 men who moved her items, scratched several pieces of furniture, left her mirror swinging on her dresser and not attached with all the parts, broke her microwave and damaged the sliding glass door to her entry way. How did they break the door you ask? They rolled a heavy piece of furniture on a hand truck over it and cracked the frame. The movers took picture and told us the company would be in touch. In touch they were not. I had to reach out to the company. They had a handy man (not a company) come out to assess the damages. The handy man said he could fix the furniture and wanted to put epoxy on the door! Epoxy we asked?! We don't want a temporary fix to a permanent problem. It's a main point of exit/entry! We did not ask for this to happen. We did however accept his offer to fix the furniture. The furniture of which he just came back to get last week. Jonathan did not get back in touch with him until 2/13. Two months later! I contacted Jonathan Taylor at the Rolling Rd location in Baltimore, MD when the contractor came out. I explained the situation and told him while we were waiting for someone to respond to us about the damages, we had Lowes come out to give us a price for a new door. He agreed & stated that he would take care of it & asked me to send over the contract. He took Stephen's name from Lowes and was in contact with him several times. He was going to pay by credit card, then wanted to pay by check. He had me enter into the contract with Lowes and we were all set. Well, until the next day. He called me in the morning and stated that because the door was just over $3,000 he couldn't pay for it out of his location, he would have to submit a claim with Gallagher Basset. Myself, assuming he would advise them of the contract and we would receiving the check from them was ok for the moment. Then, Gallagher Bassett called. Candida the claim adj. took my information and said she would contact Jonathan. It took her several times and even had to reach out to her supervisor to get in touch with him. When she finally did, he told her his guy can fix it. So the adjuster emailed me to let me know what he stated. I am STILL waiting to hear back from her again because I told her JONATHAN had me enter into a contract and they don't just go away. He set me in this position and I trusted him. What about the contract with Lowes? I have heard nothing from either the ins. company or TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. I have a contract with Lowes who have already been out to measure the door after we signed- thanks to JONATHAN! I asked for the GM or the owner's contact info and nobody will give it to me. So please anyone who is interested in hiring Two Men and a Truck from 2709 Rolling Road ste 122 Baltimore, MD 21244, please don't. Jonathan doesn't care how he left your furniture or your house. He only cares about getting paid immediately. My elderly mother even gave the 3 men a nice tip for their work. We get everyone makes mistakes. But to not fix them and put your customers in a financial position and then leave them hanging? This is our experience and we will be sharing with everyone we know. Too bad, Two Men and a Truck, I had so much faith in you to handle my Mom's end of life move with compassion and professionalism. "Treat everyone like your Grandma" is your motto. I think this location forgot this or they hate their Grandma which is even worse.

Our moving team was amazing! We have several very large and bulky furniture items and they breezed through like absolute professionals. Christopher D., Delton R., and George C. were fantastic to work with. They were fast and attentive, and even let my husband know when one of our items was found to be damaged as they were getting ready to move it down to the truck (to be clear this was not caused by the Two Men and a Truck Team, it was damaged in our home prior to their arrival). I was very happy they noticed this and were able to let us know so we could decide if we wanted to move that piece or junk it instead. I will definitely be using them again for our next move.

We have used Two Men and a Truck 4 times in the last 3 months - 2 small moves and 2 large moves. Each time, the movers were very efficient and professional. They communicated each step of the process very well. They took great care with our items and we trusted them completely with our move.

Moving is stressful. The person hiring others to assist in the move does their best to prepare but awakens to meet the day of the move having spent a restless night. My assigned driver, Christopher called me the morning of my move to let me know he was on the way. Christopher and his assistant Grayson introduced themselves in a polite and professional manner and even laughed with me about the "slower than molasses running uphill" elevator they had to deal with. My furniture was loaded and delivered with care. Two Men & a Truck provides moving services at a fair and reasonable price and I will recommend this business to anyone looking for moving servies.

Two Men And A Truck Moving Company were the best. The movers were very helpful and very cooperative. They were also quick to help me move out my old place to my new place. They even did a great job Bringing in the two couches to my new place. The best service ever and I will get them again, I would also highly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you guys so much.

Yes, packing and basic unpacking support can be arranged in addition to moving. You can choose full-home packing or select rooms and fragile-only items. Materials may be available or you can supply your own boxes and padding. Ask about lead times during busy periods.

Movers typically use pads, stretch wrap, and standard equipment to protect items and doorways where feasible. Communication at the start of the job helps set expectations for fragile or pre-damaged pieces. If your building has protection requirements, share them in advance so the crew can prepare. Note that results can vary and documenting special items ahead of time is recommended.

They regularly handle bulky household pieces like couches and bedroom sets, subject to access and safety. Stairwells, elevators, and door clearances can affect what is possible. Let them know about unusually heavy items when booking. Photos or measurements can help the team plan.

Booking at least one to two weeks ahead is common, with more lead time during peak months and weekends. If you need packing plus moving, consider adding extra buffer for materials and planning. Same-week moves may be possible depending on the schedule. Call to check current availability.
