The two men who handled my move were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They worked quickly while still being careful with my belongings, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They clearly knew what they were doing and had everything loaded much faster than I anticipated. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, they showed up on time and worked nonstop. I really appreciated their professionalism, positive attitudes, and how quickly they got the job done.I would absolutely recommend Cactus Moving to anyone looking for reliable movers. It was really impressive. 3rd time using them and as usual they are the best! My day started with 2 complimentary coffees. In 30 minutes after we got our crew arrived, 5 minutes early. They used floor protectors, blankets and the crew itself was super friendly! The move was organized the way we haven’t lift a finger. And in the end they gave us welcoming plant. Guess what? Cactus! Firstly, I’d like to start by saying that I’ve had some awful experiences with moving companies in the past, which have left some sour tastes in my mouth…This could not be further from the case with Cactus Moving and specifically the expert skills and support provided by Jason and Dima.I was in a hell of a situation, As I was picking up some incredibly large and heavy glass display cases (roughly 300lbs each [3 of them]), And the U-Haul that I had rented, didn’t have a large enough rear entry to be able to fit them…As I was picking them up from an auction, I needed them moved that same day, And within a couple of hours; I was fully panicking, and incredibly stressed out.I found Cactus Moving online as a last-minute moving company, And upon calling I was greeted by incredible service and hearing my situation was offered a discount, which was not necessary, but incredibly appreciated; Not only that, But they were able to come save the day within an hour!When Jason and Dima arrived, I was immediately impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, and care that they took handling these cases; Manoeuvring these was no small task, But they handled it like absolute champions!After loading everything, We headed to the first location for drop off, and these items barely fit through the doors; and yet not a single scratch, bump, or damage in any way shape or form!Unfortunately, I had to run and drop off the U-Haul (which I didn’t end up using), and left Jason and Dima with my friend to facilitate the move in of several pieces; they adapted to the situation as it evolved, and I was incredibly happy with the result when I returned!This lead us to the second drop off, which was significantly more intense; Jason and Dima carried these massive units and navigated across ice and snow, down ice covered steps, and through several tight fitting doorways; no complaints from them, but I could feel the immense amount of work and pressure they were dealing with, yet when my friend and I asked how we could assist, they told us that they had it covered, and they most certainly did!To say I was impressed by their care and service would be an insult to their skills; Jason and Dima are absolute powerhouses, and anyone would be BLESSED to have them assist them!Incredible service, incredible quality, and incredible people; Whatever they get paid, certainly isn’t enough! These guys are the definition of Gold Standard, and I will be sure to not only recommend Cactus Moving to anyone who will listen, but specifically the immaculate services of Jason and Dima.GIVE THESE MEN A RAISE!
