The guys that moved me were really great. Well mannered, handled my stuff very efficiently and made sure my furniture was wrapped well to avoid damage. I would recommend Low Country Moving to anyone needing moved.
I have used Low Country Moving twice and each time the service has been excellent. Nice, polite and hard working young men did an excellent job. Highly recommend.
I never write negative reviews, but feel that others may need to know about this as well.I scheduled a local move (Mt. Pleasant to Summerville) for my 85 year old mother, who has Alzheimer’s. As required, she paid for the full cost of the move prior to the scheduled date. The crew was very helpful, polite and efficient. So much so, that they were finished about an hour earlier than expected. She was given a written receipt and verbally told that there would be a $119 refund. After two weeks, the refund had not been issued. I called the office and spoke to Robbie, explaining what we were told.He was extremely rude and condescending, stating that “the language was very clear in the contract that there were no refunds”. I explained to him that this was for an 85 year old woman on a very limited income AND that we were specifically told and had a receipt indicating a refund was forthcoming. As someone who worked in corporate America and management for over thirty years, I would NEVER allow a customer to become so disgruntled over $119. There was never an apology or offer to make it right. There was also damage to a bookcase for which I wasn’t going to file a claim. However, given the circumstances and response from Robbie, I will absolutely be filing one.Do not recommend.
Q, Carie, Naz, & Mike were amazing! They made sure everything was securely packed and unloaded into our new house without a hitch. I would highly recommend Low Country Moving!
The crew were great and they were very helpful. unfortunately they did damage a few pieces (some pictured) but i get some of it is the nature of the job but also disappointing.Three week update, they never reached out regarding compensation for the damages unlike what the below reply looks like.
