Mike is absolutely the BEST. He not only will treat everything so well but he gets the job done, no matter how long it takes. He moved us for 22 hours STRAIGHT. 9:30am-7:40am the next day. Then he came back the next afternoon to help finish some stuff. He is the real deal, and the best mover ever. He’s also so kind and patient and funny. He is the hardest working mover ever.

UPDATE: Mike just called me to yell at me on the phone because he was mad about the review. I have NEVER had someone so unprofessional. I would recommend going with the professional movers over this guy. He was trying to tell me that since it was raining for a little bit it would take longer to make sure our stuff didn't get wet. But our stuff was all packed and wrapped, so I don't care if a box gets a little wet. He's blaming Penske for him up charging me 700 dollars. If he would have reserved the truck when we agreed to go with him back in April he would have been locked in at that rate. But, he most likely waited until a few days before the move which caused the price hike. He conveniently waited until the end of the move after we tipped him to tell us the price increase. He has an excuse for everything. Save yourself the money and headache and pick literally anyone else.

Mike and team are nice people but I had a less than ideal experience with them and would hesitate to recommend them. They were supposed to show up between 9-930 AM, but they showed up at 1030 AM. Rental trucks can be late, so they get a pass there. Once they got there, they walked into my apt and reeked of weed/cig smell. So much that we can still smell it on all our stuff today. They then proceeded take 3.5 hours to load a two bed room apartment that was already packed. Previous movers have moved our stuff in less than 1.5 hours for reference. To their credit they seemed to pack everything in the truck very well.

Once they got to the new address the unloading was relatively smooth and quick, probably around an hour. But at the end I was given a cost that went against what we agreed upon. Mike quoted me $1800 multiple times via call and text. However, when it came to pay he charged me $2500!! He explained that the cost of the truck increased the price. He NEVER once told me that the $1800 quote could change. I went into the move thinking that was the final price. Not being up front about ALL the costs was very unprofessional. If you work with him watch out for the bait and switch tactic he did to me.
