Beware of fake overtime charges. The actual moving crew was a very nice family of people. They were efficient and timely and careful with our items. The owner/manager tried to charge us for fake/false overtime fees. I documented everything with notes and photos with timestamps. Do not fall for the fake overtime fees.
Booked this company for a cross state move to load our U-Haul. Arrived right on time, and loaded our 3 bedroom house in less than an hour! Nothing damaged during the move. If you’re looking to save some money and just need folks to load your truck look no further!
This team was FANTASTIC!!!!! I used them to load my own rented box truck at the origin.They arrived right on time (actually, a little early ??) and they were incredibly professional! They were fast and efficient, but they were extremely careful handling and loading/stowing fragile items. They did a great job loading my 20' box truck high and tight to maximize space and blanketed/shrink wrapped and strapped everything down securely.I am so grateful for this company. It is sometimes difficult to find trustworthy and reliable companies in the Charleston area, so I had been dreading finding help for this move. These folks made this stressful task a breeze!!!They are not the cheapest option in this area, but their price was within 10-15 percent of other companies that quoted my move. Even though they were a bit higher priced than other companies, I went with Move 4 Less because they were so responsive to my request for quote. Again, I'm so thankful that I went with them!I could not recommend Move 4 Less more highly!
I reached out to have my furniture moved from storage to my home and the guys were there within 2 hours. They were prompt, professional, and very respectful of my stuff. My house was a tough one, with lots of steps and they did a fantastic job getting everything moved in! I highly recommend!
This one of The best moving experiences I ever had. For anyone that doesn’t know the Charleston, WV area it is extremely hilly and I had driven up a 26 foot box truck onto a single lane country road and this team went above and beyond getting the truck up a hairpin turn driveway in reverse and then very expeditiously and carefully unloading the entire truck. Fair pricing + very friendly crew + very efficient work = 10/10 and I would highly recommend this moving company to anybody.
