My move went very well. I should have padded my stuff a little bette, but overall everything was great. U-Pack did an excellent job with transporting everything and communicating with status updates and getting my stuff across the country quickly and safely! I would definitely recommend them if anyone needs their things moved in the future.
From the informative website to responsive representatives our experience was excellent. Promised timelines were met, I was able to track and get ahold of a live agent at all times. Highly recommend over loading a Uhaul and driving your self across country.
We used U-Pack for moving Across country. This was an amazing experience with U-Pack being so professional and courteous and accommodating to help us out. This is absolutely the best moving experience ever. Far Cheaper than Penske and no hassles on renting and gassing up etc. We tried U-Haul in the past and that was a fiasco so U-Pack was perfect for us. Highly recommend.
We used Upack for our move out of state, and I would and have recommend them. The people I talked to on the phone and the drivers were very polite and worked with me when we found out our house wouldn't be available for over a month. They gladly dropped the trailer off at a storage facility so I could store my belongings. I however do not recommend usi6their storage services as it is much pricier than getting a unit (which makes sense because it costs them money to have a trailer just sit on their lot).
Drivers and staff were very kind and helpful for our military move. Will definitely be using them again! Thank you!
