From first point of contact to collect information and costs, to the last box on the truck and moving things into place I recommend USA Moving & Storage forever! They assisted with packing materials, pulling permits, expertly packing the truck for remote storage and returning all items safely. The crew was kind, helpful, and friendly- which some much needed sense of humor when things got a little challenging. The office staff answered all of my questions with patience - instilling confidence every step of the way. It’s pretty daunting to watch all of your worldly possessions leave you on a truck, but they were returned in the same condition 2 days later. Thank you Ulysses & Staff.

Great experience for a local move with USA Moving! Upfront quote- all costs explained, no unexpected add on costs or fees. Crew was awesome! Experienced, careful and fast! They wrapped furniture in blankets and protected stairway. Couldn't have asked for a better move, they were the best!!

They were such an incredible moving team. They were so kind, careful, efficient hardworking, and personable. They moved an oversized item and made it look impressively easy. They did such a great job and made what is usually a very stressful, exhausting process an incredibly smooth and care free one. I could not recommend them more highly. I only got Miguel’s name, but the other movers he worked with were also so terrific. I will absolutely use them again in the future when I move next.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Broke over $2500 worth of my belongings, took no responsibility, made me pay over Venmo so I can’t take them to court for the money and refuse to answer the phone despite signing a contract agreeing to pay .60 cents on the dollar for any damages. Pictures of damaged items included below. Pictures were taken when my items were dropped off to me while the mover was still there. After all of this- their movers proceeded to not ask but DEMAND a gratuity tip from me 3 times over the course of them moving my stuff in (which I still paid by the way)!
