Mixed experience — strong crew, poor scheduling and communication.I am a repeat customer and have never written a negative Google review before, but this experience today fell short enough that I feel it’s important to share.The initial booking and early confirmation went smoothly. After that, the most proactive outreach from the company seemed focused on selling additional services (insurance protection) rather than providing clear, consistent confirmation of the move details.As the move date approached, communication became inconsistent. The move was scheduled for the morning and was reconfirmed as a morning move, yet when no one arrived, we were told it had been an afternoon move “all along,” which directly contradicted what we had been told previously. We were later given a specific arrival time, which was also missed.To be clear, once the moving crew arrived, they worked efficiently and did their job well (they also sent 4, but only charged us for 3). They were professional, capable, and not the cause of the delay. The issues were clearly on the scheduling and communication side, not with the crew itself.Because there were positives, particularly the crew’s performance, I’m giving this three stars. However, the breakdown in coordination and communication created unnecessary stress, incremental expense (we needed to extend pet boarding), and significantly detracted from the overall experience.
Wow, they did an amazing job!! Keith, Quez, Tay, Corn, and Daniel all did such a great job. They worked fast and were very respectful and professional. They made sure to introduce themselves and get to know everyone’s names. Loved them!!!!
All My Sons Moving was great! They came to the rescue when my sister needed relocation to assisted living. I called on a Saturday and arranged for a move on Wednesday, which was my deadline. Devin was the point person and did a spectacular job! He moved all the furniture pieces efficiently and with care. There was an issue dismantling the bed frame and fixing an old coffee table he solved it like the pro he is! I will definitely use All My Sons Moving again!
