Austin and his team (Zion and Richie) were FANTASTIC! They all went above and beyond to be extra careful with all our items. They all were friendly, polite and efficient. This is our second time using Big John Movers, because of their reasonable pricing, but also because of their great movers! HIGHLY recommend!
I had the absolute best moving experience with Andre, Andrew, and Keith from Big John. They were courteous, professional, fast, and took such great care of my items. I cannot recommend Big John highly enough, such a great experience.
Not a good experience, The guys themselves were nice and polite. However our estimate for a 3 bedroom home was 4-5 hours, it took 9 hours (4 guys on the job). Next they lost the support bars for my bedroom dresser/mirror. ($12) Also lost part of my Bissel Carpet Cleaner ($45). Another smaller table had deep scratches. When I called they just claimed truck was empty! No effort made to talk with guys, no call back for follow up. I cannot recommend this company despite the guys who did the job.
Big John Movers were wonderful to work with. So wonderful that we hired them 2x! They helped us empty a storage unit and move things from a third floor condo. Nothing was damaged, they were super careful with our items. I can't express how great they were. Austin, Zion, and Keith were amazing! Definitely look into Big John Movers for your move!
