This is my third move with Leaders. You never expect to have loyalty to a moving company, but it was a no brainer! Each time from initial contact through the move they have been courteous, prompt, and careful with my belongings. This was my first time using a moving service and honestly it was a wonderful experience. Joey and Jayson were on time, polite, fun to talk to, and did such an amazing job. They literally had my couch (massive thing that doesn’t come apart at all), chair and furniture out and en route in like 20min. They were engaging, efficient, nice and overall just fantastic. Nathan helped me a ton with quoting and put up with me anxious emails ha. Kevin was helpful and fast scheduling my appointment and being helpful with my weird time issue. Overall it was an incredible experience and next time I move I will absolutely stick with Leaders. And hopefully be able to ask for Joey and Jayson again! (Sorry again about the couch!) 2000 stars out of 10.
Chuck, Chris, and Yakee did a fantastic job moving our belongings from storage in Lorain Co. all the way to Cleveland. It was unbearably cold outside, buy they persisted and got everything done in a timely manner. They even moved our loveseat from the living room to the media room upstairs, purely out of kindness. Nathan (the logistics guy) did an excellent job communicating with us as well, always on top of stuff. These guys are worth every penny.
Awesome movers. Chuck, Dylan, Dezi, Chris, and Jason J were all very professional and careful with our furniture. We are a family of four with A LOT of stuff. I would definitely hire them again. They also did a great job packing our things. Very organized. Special thanks to Chuck for leading his impressive team. Everyone on the team was topnotch. Chuck, Dylan, Dezi, Chris, and Jason J all stayed late and went above and beyond to make sure the job got done even though it took all Friday night. I used Leaders Movers last summer for an interstate move, and I honestly regret it. They first moved my belongings into their storage facility in Columbus, then a different crew from Cleveland transported everything out of state.What I didn’t realize at the time was just how much damage they would cause. When I filed a claim after the move, I was already surprised by how many items were damaged. One important thing I learned too late is that you need to inspect everything before submitting a claim. Sit on the sofas, use the chairs, and actually test desks and tables. I didn’t do that, and months later I’m still finding issues. Two of my sofas now have broken inner frames, making noises and continuing to fall apart.What makes this even worse is that it feels like I discover something new almost every day. Just recently, I noticed my TV has permanent creases in the screen that look like handprints. It’s obvious it wasn’t wrapped or handled properly during the move.Leaders Movers has been by far the worst moving company I have ever used. The amount of damage to my belongings and the lack of accountability afterward is incredibly frustrating. If you end up in a similar situation with a lot of damage, I strongly recommend getting legal advice to help deal with the claims process.
