We soo wanted this experience to be different, but the more we unpack, the worse it gets. ?? I hired this company to load my truck several years ago and was so impressed that I asked them to continue their services and unload on the other side! They shrink wrapped furniture, were careful, and did an amazing job. So it seemed like an easy choice when we needed movers again last month for an in-state move. But this experience was nothing like the first. While initially, we found them to be friendly and curtious, we were very surprised to find that they did not shrink wrap ANY of our furniture as advertised on their truck, and when we questioned it, they said they were using blankets instead. Unfortunately, that was NOT enough and as a result, almost every piece of furniture that they moved came back with damage on it. Small scuffs and scratches I can understand to a degree, but we're talking legs completely broken off of furniture, pieces broken or missing entirely, metal bent completely in half, deep scratches that are not easily repaired, and oil stains on white furniture that was otherwise pristine.When we brought this to the attention of Josiah who handled our move and his manager Kyle out of Florida, they made excuses and never once apologized for the damage. We spent over $4000.00 for them to move us and in the end, the manager was only willing to reimburse us a measly $150.00 for all the damages incurred. Now 4 weeks post move, we continue to find things that were damaged and hidden from us rather than brought to our attention in the moment. Two of the four gentlemen did work hard to go above and beyond throughout the day and we were grateful for that. Unfortunately it was greatly overshadowed by the other 2 men who did not and got more and more careless as the day went on. Based on this experience, we would NOT use them again and cannot recommend them to others. ??
Had a great experience with Sebastian Moving Company! Scheduling was easy and I appreciate all the communication and transparency they provided leading up to my move. Also the two man team (shout out to Matt and Damon) were amazing!! They were quick, efficient, and moved all my furniture and belongings with care. I highly recommend this company as I felt they went above and beyond in moving my belongings in a timely manner that fit my schedule! Thanks guys!
Had a fantastic experience with Sebastian Moving team. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the amazing 2 man team (Damon and Arkillian, forgive my spelling gents) went above and beyond for us. Made it easy moving the last bit we had left, and the heaviest pieces. They moved everything from gym equipment (cable rack) to safes to awkwardly large armoire. Highly recommend this team and they're worth the money you'll save over another moving company.

We were thrilled at the quality and professional services we received from Kyle and his team from the beginning estimate to the final check.Josiah was friendly, thorough and helpful in his estimate. He became a top team player on the Sunday we loaded when he was needed. We felt they were very careful and caring in how our goods were packed and nothing was damaged in the entire process.Kyle (owner) was caring, considerate and reliable along with being timely and standing behind his every word.The price point was very fair and remained the same even when gas prices rose to over $5/gallon.We highly recommend Sebastian Moving any of your moving needs.
