Movers Chris and KV were amazing. They are the only reason I’m giving a 5 star review. They were friendly, careful and efficient. Had they not been so great, I would’ve given a lesser review because MVM showed up 2.5 hours later than I was told they would be there. I even called several times and left voicemails and my call was never returned or tardiness acknowledged.
Joe, Dieone, and KV were so wonderful on my out of state move. They were polite, and showed care for my things. If you are looking for a moving company I would definitely go with MVM movers. The sales team were in constant communication which was awesome! The estimate I received was exactly what I paid. Very good prices too!
Dione, Omar, and Noah were AMAZING. When my mum's movers cancelled 3 hours before they were scheduled to arrive, MVM Moving stepped up. Noah was incredibly sympathetic and kind - he scheduled movers and got all paperwork to me within 15 minutes of my initial call. Dione and Omar arrived right on time; worked cheerfully and methodically through the chaos of my mum's house; handled her possessions with care; responded calmly and professionally to every stressor; and are people I'd want to be friends with if I lived anywhere near Ohio. If I could give any more than 5 stars for this incredible company and its fantastic staff, I would.
I recently used MVM moving company &had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Levi was easy to work with, flexible and professional. The crew, Tristan, Floyd & John arrived promptly and were friendly, respectful of my property & worked diligently. They had to move a very heavy & large piece of furniture that they wrapped carefully for protection. They had to navigate stairs and walk around the house to the truck. I highly recommend MVM moving company for anyone in need of reliable, courteous and hard workers. I will definitely be using them again if the need arises.
