Our moving process began with rain, and I was worrying about soaked boxes and furniture. The AM Moving Company came all prepared with tarps and plastic covers and moved furniture with care. The rain did not affect them in any way. The staff moved into a smooth operating machine, keeping our furniture away from the rain and our boxes safe. Delicate objects received even more care. The staff were polite, relaxed, and on target despite the rain. They communicated constantly, so I always knew where my items were. The entire experience was stress-free despite the weather chaos. I honestly didn’t expect moving in a storm to go so well. The professionalism and preparation of The AM Moving Company made a significant difference.
The movers were patient, even when my schedule kept changing. They helped in the labeling of boxes so that I would not lose track of the essentials. These 3 wonderful guys : Diego, Walter, Luis are absolutely amazing. They came and helped my husband and I unload our 2 Penske trucks in 4 hours! They were very kind and hard workers. They took alot of care placing each item where we needed it. We had brought our honey bees with us in our truck (we had unloaded them ahead of time, and they were flying around and the guys didnt mind) I highly reccomend them. I would absolutely use them again if we move or need any kind of moving done.
I spoke with Laticia from Sales at AM Moving Company, and even though they ended up being too far away for my move, I just had to leave a review because her customer service was absolutely outstanding. She was friendly, professional, and went out of her way to be helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to assist, even when there’s nothing in it for them.
