I recently used Hero movers for my move, and I couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. The team arrived right on time and came fully prepared with all the tools, blankets, and equipment needed to move everything safely. They wrapped all my furniture, loaded efficiently, and made sure nothing was damaged during the move. Communication was clear.

Being out of province, we had to quickly move our daughter in the middle of her university term. Hero movers were very reasonably priced and they answered all my emails very quickly. The day of the move, they showed up on time and the communication between the movers and my daughter was very good. Thanks again for a great job.

Great service and very friendly movers. There was a small issue with scraping a large kennel across the laminate floor rather than pick it up from its spot. However, Mike did fix a sewing table that was coming apart, so it works out. I'd recommend this company. Tip: when packing boxes, I put color coordinate post it notes w the room it was going, so at a glance it was easier to place boxes etc. I even named walls in the new place. Makes it easier to unpack and assist the movers in placing items

Very happy with service from Hero Movers. I was only moving a few items and not an entire apartment or house and they were the only company I could find who were willing to give me a price that reflected how few items I was moving and how little time it would take. Movers were very thorough with confirming time, date, location, and showed up at the time they said they would and handled all my items with care. Definitely recommend!

I was pleased with aspects of the move, but unfortunately there were a few things that prompted me to write a review.

The positive:
-They were pleasant and worked quickly.
-The truck was packed really well and nothing was broken.
-Good price. Less than half of what other companies quoted.

The Negative:
-45 minutes late, but they did call several times to update.
-My couch was ruined. It was pressed up against the hand truck and other items. Photos attached.
-Dragging of furniture along the floor. All of my furniture is solid wood - my bed frame is light enough that I can lift it, so it was carelessness that scratched up a $1000 frame.
-In the unloading process, really heavy items of furniture were left on their end, and I have to have someone help me move my TV stand. See photo. Also scratched.

I think if I you ensure to wrap your items and direct where you wanted things, it would make this a better process.
My move was very last minute and was pushed a day where I ended up having to hire someone, so I couldn't take all the necessary precautions.

I feel bad because there were some unforeseen issues I think made them rush.
