ZERO STARS! HORRIBLE experience!!! My elderly parents were taken advance of and my family is mortified. They moved from one small apartment to another within a small town (2 blocks apart). A price and timeline was predetermined and they broke the agreement. Instead they were VERY SLOW and took several unnecessary breaks. At the end they corned my cognitively impaired mother alone and insisted she pay them immediately. The price was significantly higher and was not the agreed amount. She paid them as she was alone and felt intimidated. This is so upsetting for my family.
Poor service, exceed quote by double, worked slowly to drive their rate higher and then in the end took advantage of an elderly lady and pressured her to pay them. Has refused customer service to discuss or rectify the situation.
The worst experience I’ve ever had! We hired this company to move my aging in laws around the corner. They were beyond slow, we were actually moving more than they were! It was a simple move from a small apartment to another apartment around the corner and it ended up taking all day! Needless to say, they were charging by the hour. The most disturbing part was how they cornered my tired and frail mother in law when the rest of us were busy and persuaded her to send them an etransfer for an amount that was more then double the quote!! The ensuing conversations with customer service in the days that followed were a joke! Stay away from this company!
