Our experience with Two Small Men With Big Hearts Hamilton was excellent from start to finish. Great communication with Kyle Sr. to book and arrange the move and Kyle Jr., Mohamed and Joe could not do enough for us to ensure our moving day went smoothly. A long (over 12 hours!!) and very cold day and they never complained or grumbled when I asked for a favor or 6!! They went above and beyond for us and couldn't do enough for us to make sure we were happy. They were definitely not small men but they absolutely have big hearts and I highly recommend using them for your move.
Very unimpressed with this company. And a fellow named Kyle who I suspect is the owner.I hired them for a small move of furniture within my home. We agreed upon a set date and time.They forgot. Completely forgot. When I called the person with whom I spoke to, Kyle, at 1015am, to see where they are he sounded like he was still sleeping. Even if not the case they were supposed to arrive at 930. They ended up arriving at 1pm when I was busy with another in-house appointment, not a big deal but not ideal.I specified my piece of furniture was very, very heavy. He sent two men; Mohammed who was great and Kyle, another Kyle not the one who answered the phone. Kyle was a very young adult or perhaps teenager without any manners and had Body odour smelling like bad popcorn or mold. Kyle, asked if he could where his shoes in the house. They did not come with matts, blankets or boot covers. Nothing. But they were supposed to be a moving company. I didn't hire and pay $300 for handymen. I had pre asked for them to also lift a bed and straighten out a carpet and was told it would be an extra $50. Usually professional movers charge $under $200 for one hour. I paid significantly more than this for 15 mins, had them arrive hours late and one of the movers w aas a rude kid who was pretty much useless.Then upon leaving I was told cash only or I would have to pay more, which was never told before. Insanity. Mohammed however, was fantastic, nice and polite.Now after careful review I am also noticing the pictures on Google are all stock pics as well.Very happy I did not use them to move into my home.Extremely disappointed with the cost and service and professionalism.
We hired Two Small Men with Big Hearts to help us move belongings from two locations into our new home after a house fire, and they were absolutely wonderful. Kyle, was very professional and responsive in our communication. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and treated everything with care and respect. They went above and beyond what was expecte, keeping the house clean and even offering to help assemble items they hadn’t taken apart. We are so grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of movers.

He took the time to assess our home and the items we were moving, recommending the perfect storage unit size to ensure everything would fit properly. On moving day, they arrived as scheduled, handled everything with professionalism and care, and made sure our belongings were safely transported. At the storage facility, they placed everything carefully and efficiently—nothing was crammed or piled haphazardly. Mohammad’s estimate was spot on, and everything fit perfectly without any issues!I’m writing this review as they load up our belongings for Part 2: Storage to our new home. Looking forward to sharing my final review once the move is complete!
