We recently hired Hero Movers for our move from our townhouse to our newly purchased home and we were very happy with their service. It was a team of 3 guys and they were professional, friendly and strong! We felt confident that they would handle our belongings with care and know to disassemble and reassemble everything. They were pretty quick and efficient and we would hire them, again, in a heartbeat!
I had an incredible experience with Hero Moving! The quote process was so easy allowing me to submit a video of my space for them to inventory followed by a highly communicative process to correct and optimize the inventory list along with live updating price quotes. Cannot emphasize enough how easy they made my move. I opted to pack my own stuff, even though they have their own packing services and I am confident they would have taken great care of my things, which saved lots of money. Victor and two other awesome movers arrived exactly on time and moved my furniture on to the truck and into my new apartment so efficiently it was all done within 3 hours. I also love that they offer their own storage unit, cheaper than most I could find on island of the same size for my extra furniture. 10/10 experience all around. I HIGHLY recommend them for any local moves.
The moving guys (Victor and Chris) were nice and efficient. I really liked that the owner, Gabe, called me right away when I had a question about the bill. Gabe explained everything to me in a way i could understand and was super nice. Nice makes all the difference! I'll use them, again.
