I guess let me start by saying that I HATE moving!!!!!!..... or at least I did before this time.I don't have the time or energy for moving, and I didn't have the time and energy to find someone trustworthy to move the evidence of a man's hours of hard work and overtime... the things that he spent hours, days, weeks and months over years and years working away from his family to earn the money to buy by the sweat of his brow and with his two hands, but it was WELL WORTH the time and energy to do our due diligence that lead us to this blessing of a company with their blessings of employees!!!!!!!I called and asked for a quote.*They weren't pushy!!!!*They listened!!!!!*They were kind!!!!!*They were professional!!!!*They gave me the facts (including that since we did not have the box that our TV came in for them to pack it as it was from the manufacturer, if it was damaged in any way during the move, their insurance would not cover it or other screened electronics). He was very caring and said that no one wants to look at a TV with even one tiny light out on the screen during a move which can happen with these new TVs, and he is exactly right!!!.... We were able to move the TV ourselves and are so thankful for him being so open and up front with us!!!!*Christopher called me back from his personal phone when we had technical difficulties with my being able to hear on their office line (I'm sure the issue was my phone or my service, but Christopher went above and beyond to make sure that I could clearly hear and understand him). He was so kind, and helpful, and caring, and polite, and a real pleasure to speak with!!!! He was the epitome of southern hospitality!!!! He put my stress to rest and got me in touch with Miss Brandy!!!!*Miss Brandy was also very warm, kind, considerate, helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to answer all of my pricing and scheduling questions honestly, and completely!!!! She made sure that we got the pricing and the scheduling to fit our needs!!!!!*On moving day, our moving team contacted us when they were about an hour away from the "moving from" location.*Noah and Elijah arrived early!!!!*Noah and Elijah were also polite, respectful, professional, kind, courteous, meticulous, thoughtful (they wiped their feet as they were carrying the items in from outside since it was raining)!!!! They asked questions to make sure they had a clear understanding of what we wanted where and how!!!!! They didn't waste any time from the moment they showed up early until the very last piece of furniture was safely placed where we asked them to place it!!!!!! They worked in the rain!!!! They worked through pouring sweat!!!! They worked through difficult pieces and tight places!!!! They did an EXCELLENT JOB AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND THIS ENTIRE COMPANY TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!!!!!!They also finished in less time than we could have imagined and less time than was estimated, which saved us a great deal of money as well!!!!! They made the payment process super fast and easy, and made sure that we weren't left with any unanswered questions, and we fully understood everything and were fully satisfied!!!!!!WE ARE FULLY, COMPLETELY, AND TOTALLY SATISFIED!!!!!!
