Excellent company. They made a generous compensation for the unavoidable fact that the winter storm caused delays.The crew was amazing. Not only were they fast and friendly, but they were a great team. It was refreshing to watch these guys do their job. They never seemed annoyed or troubled about any challenge. They just worked through it with great teamwork. They even seemed to really like each other. Friendly ribbing and good communication.Also, this company doesn't nickel and dime you with random fees. I could not have been happier with them.
Desmond, Louis and Scott were so quick and efficient with the move into our new house that I ended up calling again days later for them to move the rest of the stuff out of my apartment! I think they took my bed apart in 5 minutes flat and then rebuilt it in the same short amount of time. Money well spent. There was some accidental damage done to one of our walls but we were reassured as soon as we reached out that they would have someone out to fix it. That’s good customer service! Accidents happen but being willing to help afterwards is all I’d ask. Thank you, hopefully we don’t have to move again for a very long time but will definitely recommend My Movers Inc to others.
My Movers Inc. helped us move twice in 9 months. They were clear communicators when scheduling and the day of the move. The crews took time to understand what items were being moved, then were efficient and fun as they loaded the truck. The team seemed to enjoy their work, and we were very happy with their expertise! They moved several heavy and awkward items through tight spaces with no dings or scratches - well done!
Had such a wonderful experience with My Movers. I’m out of state and needed to move a tall ship model out of my grandparents home last minute. It was such a strange request and everyone at this company was so understanding and helpful! It’s a very precious item to me and I was so nervous about moving it and they were absolutely fantastic. It made it perfectly to my cousins and even though I couldn’t be there my family raved about how careful and polite they were. I would recommend them to anyone!
