Giorgi was extremely professional. We had just bought new furniture and they treated each piece with great care and respect. Each piece was unattached, wrapped, stacked neatly, the unloaded, reinstalled, and trash hauled off. We had Georgi come by and give us a quote and he was spot on. I even requested them to stop by my storage unit and unload that and they did. On our very stressful day they were exceptional. If we ever move again I would definitely use them again.
I cannot say enough positive things about New Chapters Moving Company in Jacksonville! Moving is inherently stressful, especially with a tense move-out deadline, but Bridget and her team handled everything with such excellent care and professionalism, they truly turned a difficult day around.
Amazing! Brandon & David were absolutely amazing. I’m a single parent and needed assistance that wouldn’t break the bank since moving is so costly to begin with. Not only were they so polite, but they were SUPER fast. I have used moving companies in the past but this was awesome. Nothing damaged either. I will definitely be using them if needed in the future. These guys were awesome!! I wish I could remember both their names because they were amazing, friendly and hard working. I remember Adam because that’s my brother’s name.
