I used this moving company this month for their moving services and j must say the service from the owner was horrible. Unprofessional and poor quality. The total was more than 160%more then the estimate because he didn't have enough man. A 6 hour job took 11 to 12 hours. For a 2 bed 2 bath. I love supporting small companies but not this one not when business is done wrong. The man was over worked and exhausted resulting in broken products in boxes, lamps and walls in my new place was damaged. I don't fought the mover I fought their manager sending them out with little to no supplies and man power. Not worth $2600 again I received and estimate from them for about 1300. While Two other estimates from other moving companies for a flat rate of 1600.
The response for the quote today was very comforting. I have attempted to only use one moving company in the past and they were extremely unreliable and in the end had stole my money and never completed the move. Sammy was the complete opposite, he explained the pricing and how it would work in a very professional manner and I appreciated how at ease this put me at. I’m confident the move will go seamlessly because I can’t imagine the movers from that company being any different. Thank you!
Royal Moving and Storage were great through the whole process. Adam and Cortez were the best movers I’ve dealt with! They were professional, knowledgeable, and amazingly entertaining! They kept me laughing the whole time. They turned a stressful day into a fun one. I would definitely use them again.
The young men who came out were professional, courteous, and efficient. So appreciative of their time and hard work. Great guys! For them I give a five star but communication with the company itself, a 4. Still very good but communication could have been better. A bit pricey too, but overall, a pleasure to do business with.
