Easiest move I have ever done. Austin and Trey were awesome and killed it. Professional and very helpful from the get go. Were very respectable and nice will using Two Men and a Truck for all my moves. Was recommended from a friend and will be recommending to everyone. If you want an easy hassle free move look no further!!
Absolutely DO NOT use Two Men and a Truck, Jacksonville, FL location. I had to select 1 star in order to post this review, but really they deserve negative stars. I hired them for what I thought would be a very simple move, and instead I have terrible damage to my living room floor as a result of the carelessness of the movers. They dragged, yes dragged, a heavy buffet across the floor which made two deep scratches about 15 feet in length from my living room, through the foyer to the base of the stairs. The operations manager was unwilling to take responsibility for the flagrant carelessness of the movers instead saying "no matter how long guys do this, mistakes happen". A completely inappropriate response to a very large error on their part. I had just had my floors refinished prior to this mishap, so now I am left to refinish them again at my own expense. I have used a different mover in the past for large moves, but because this was such a small job, I thought I would try someone else. It was a very costly mistake that I deeply regret. There are other reputable movers in the Jacksonville area. Reach out to one of those instead.
Needed an internal move for my Mom. Reached out to Two Men and had the move booked within minutes. Brian was most helpful. The movers arrived on time and were supernice. They completed their work on time and with great care. Highly recommended!
I have used 2 Men & a Truck in three different states for several moves of my own personal belongings as well as family members. While I have been very happy with all other moves, this particular crew out of JAX to GA, Naz & Kendrick, are a cut above! I ran into two circumstances that they did not have to help me with at all, yet, they jumped right in to help. Their respectful, helpful and all around sunny personalities truly shine making the day a really good one!
Omar and Jarrod were fabulous. They were so kind, and so fast, and took such great care of our belongings. Moving is never fun, but this was by far the best experience I have ever had.
