April 5th am: The three guys who helped me move were friendly and efficient, which I appreciated. However, there were a few issues worth mentioning:One of the movers showed up late and spent most of the time talking on his phone. During our conversation, he was bad-mouthing other moving companies and promoting why his company was the best.They also damaged my dryer by breaking off a piece and ripped my mattress even though it was in a mattress cover. While these were not major issues, they were still note worthy.What stands out to me the most, though, is their practice of offering rewards for five-star reviews. I received an email stating:"AS A TOKEN OF GRATITUDE FOR LEAVING A 5-STAR REVIEW, WE WILL GIVE YOU A $25 STARBUCKS GIFT CARD! :)"I personally find this practice unethical. Reviews should be honest and not incentivized, especially when the reward is contingent on leaving a five-star review. I don’t want any reward for my review and wasn’t even initially planning to leave one.Overall, the issues I encountered were minor, so I leave it to you to use your own discretion. I just wanted to be transparent about my experience.April 5th pm Edit: Thank you for your response. However, I believe there may be some confusion. I have never used your moving services previous. This was the first time. Your earlier response that was deleted was genuine and accurately reflected my experience, and I’m disappointed it was removed. I fully understand the value of reviews for a small business, and I appreciate your effort to address my feedback. That said, I feel it's important to clarify that while I acknowledge many satisfied customers may or may not leave reviews due to the busyness of unpacking and settling in, I wanted to ensure my experience was shared. Like I mentioned earlier, the damage was minor and I didn’t feel the need to reach out to your team. It wasn’t until I received the mentioned email that I made my first review of your company. AAA was very affordable with no hassles... Punctual and polite. They showed care for our things... Didn't need to worry about things getting damaged and they went out of their way to make sure our move went smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone... Low cost rates with no hassles... Amazing experience from start to finish! When calling around for movers, AAA stood out because of their clear communication and simple rate break down. They supported us as we prepared to move by answering all of our questions about packing. When the movers arrived (on time!), they were super friendly and truly went above and beyond to fit all of our items safely into the truck. Finally, they made sure everything found its place in our new home and we were completely happy before heading out. We are so grateful to AAA for bringing calm and confidence to a time that can be so stressful!
Fantastic moving experience! Nobody likes to move, it's an incredible amount of work to pack everything up and move it to a new location. But the crew from AAA Best Rates Moving Ltd made a difficult situation much easier. The crew, run by the leader Firdous, were the hardest working group of young men that I have ever encountered. The crew were prompt, efficient and incredibly hard working. I can't say enough about these guys. If there were a way to give an extra star, I'd give them a six star review! Highly recommended!
AAA movers did a phenomenal job. They did the job quickly & very professionally. It came in under the quote and they even helped me get a couch downstairs for an elderly couple who had purchased it on Marketplace. They made moving my business a breeze. I will definitely use them again.
