This was our first move using a company, and it was a great experience. Booking was easy, we were able to get the date we wanted. They asked for a thorough inventory of our belongings before arrival so they could plan to be prepared; and though I respect this, I had a hard time accurately representing what we had and the amount of boxes we’d end up with. They quoted us 5-7hrs with 2 guys. When they arrived, they said we had more than they were expecting, but Simon called in an extra guy to help, and he and his crew were happy to make it happen. They worked hard and the whole move only took about 5.5 hours. We were very satisfied with their attention, care, and friendliness. No damage. We would hire again (but hopefully won’t be moving again for a longgg time)!
I had an absolutely amazing experience with Two Small Men With Big Hearts Moving Company – Kelowna, and especially with the movers Duncan and Simon.I was present for the entire move, so I personally saw how hard they worked. They took care of everything as if it were their own belongings—careful, respectful, and incredibly efficient. They worked nonstop, even when I offered them a break, they didn’t take one and just kept on going nonstop.We had just installed brand-new flooring in the apartment we were moving into, and after mentioning that to them, I later heard them reminding each other multiple times to be extra careful with heavy items because of the new floors. That level of attention and teamwork truly impressed me.Duncan and Simon were honestly the best movers you could ask for. This is the second time I’ve used this moving company and it was a great experience. From beginning to end everyone I spoke to was kind, helpful, and upbeat. On moving day Simon and Nick were fantastic! They worked quickly, efficiently, and were very careful when wrapping and moving my items. It was a long project with lots of stairs and hallways to maneuver but they remained focused with positive energy making our moving day run smoothly. 100% would recommend and will use again on my next move.
I had a move yesterday from Tappen to Vernon and the boys Duncan and Simon showed up on time, they did a fantastic job getting all the boxes and totes stacked on the truck. They shrink wrapped and used moving blankets to protect my furniture. When we got to my new place they put everything where I wanted.
