Don and Nate were complete professionals. They arrived on time and got right to work. They did an amazing job packing, wrapping, loading, and unloading all of my furniture.

I was originally quoted for a 2-hour job, and they let me know right away it would take longer since I wanted everything fully wrapped. I really appreciated them being upfront about the time because of my requests.

When I move again next year, I will definitely be using Muscle Movers and will be requesting Don and Nate personally.

Edited: I originally gave 5 stars, which the guys that moved me deserve. I took one star away for how the paperwork side of things was handled.

My only complaint is in the paperwork, the way things are worded, and processed. I thought the deposit was going towards final costs on moving day, since to me, that is what deposit means. Technically, it is, but it is not invoiced, nor explained in that way. The deposit is in addition to moving day costs. I was not provided any final paperwork from the movers and simply emailed a basic receipt for final payment, which did not include anything other than the price paid and how it was paid. I had to ask for an itemized invoice that showed exactly what the charges were and what I paid for. Even though everything was explained to me as the paperwork was done in front of me, I was not given a copy until I requested it. And what I did receive was a computer generated spreadsheet, not a copy of the actual paperwork that the movers used on moving day.

Add what you pay for a deposit to the estimate that you are given. That will be closer to what you actually pay.

I can’t say enough good things about Muscle Movers. They showed up on time and even came in under budget! After being royally screwed by another interstate moving company when I moved from Illinois to Las Vegas, I was extremely cautious with my recent move from Las Vegas to Mesquite. Honestly, I was probably blunt and borderline rude when sharing my concerns, but the team at Muscle Movers handled it like true professionals.

They even sent someone to my home to personally look at my belongings and provide an accurate quote, which I really appreciated. The estimate was fair and in line with other companies, but I chose them specifically because of that in-person visit.

On moving day, three movers arrived right on time, each introduced themselves, shook my hand, and got straight to work. No wasted time, no standing around. Just focused, efficient teamwork. They were friendly, easygoing, and clearly knew what they were doing. Furniture was dismantled and reassembled perfectly, everything was protected, and not a single item was damaged.

The whole experience was professional, smooth, and even enjoyable. And coming in under budget was the cherry on top. I would absolutely use Muscle Movers again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest movers who actually deliver what they promise.
