All my sons was by far the best experience I’ve had with a moving company. Every aspect of the process was handled well from the scheduling, follow up calls from management, to the move itself. Kyle, Derius, and Kai were great! They moved quickly and precise. They communicated the process well, handled my items with care and was very respectful of my time. I will be using this company in the future and requesting the same team over movers!
We had a great experience with All My Sons! Kyle & Kai had a busy morning with another group, but still helped us in the afternoon to their fullest extent. Stayed longer than expected, but no complaints. Even offered to stay & build the bed. Great guys! We will definitely use them again!
Do not use this company. Paid 1600$ to move an hour away. Took them 8 hours, broke my desk, dented my TV when they hit it into a wall, and didn’t assemble any of the furniture like I paid them to do. Asked me to go ahead and pay while they “had to go back to their truck to get their tools” to set everything up and they just left instead. Called to get reimbursed and basically was told “sorry not sorry these things happen and it’s your fault”. It’s been 3 years since this happened and I’m writing this review because this whole experience was so awful it still angers me to this day.
The 3 man crew that provided service for us was exceptional. Their customer support was above and beyond what one would expect. They helped my regrets to move easy peasy. They took the time to do a walk through to ensure what needed to be packed. Once that was done then off they went, like worker bees in the flesh. Everything was packed concise and secure. You could see that there was pride with every box set up to every strip of tape laid down. If they weren't sure about something they were kind and empathetic when asking questions for clarity. Today we had four movers from All My Sons Moving, Cedric, Marcus, Kyle, and Nick. These four men did an outstanding job. They worked together beautifully with a great team dynamic. Each mover seemed perfectly in charge of his own tasks and everything was done fluently and efficiently. They filled a full 26 foot truck with all of our heaviest items and took everything up and down the stairs at both houses with no complaints. They asked questions, never assumed anything, and took care with every single detail.They handled all of our glass cabinets, mirrors, and framed pictures with great care. They also disassembled our beds and other furniture and put everything back together perfectly at the new house. Throughout the day my husband and I kept commenting on what an amazing job the team was doing. Everything arrived safely in one workday and they placed every item exactly where we needed it.All My Sons Moving made our move so much easier and even fun. I highly recommend this team.
