Awful. Do not use. Multiple items arrived at the new house broken or damaged, as well as damage to a brand new house during move-in, with little to no liability taken by the company.Upon an initial consult, we were advised that items would be stored in a climate controlled setting between moves. That was not the case, and items that were left in below freezing temperatures were damaged. The company took zero liability, stating that they do not use climate controlled storage, even though that’s what we were advised when we specifically asked during the initial consult.The movers took very little care with items. Many items in boxes were broken, bicycles damaged, etc. There was damage to multiple walls and deep scrapes on brand new vinyl floors during move-in. They don’t bring enough runners to protect the floors and carpets from mud/water/salt from their boots. Our house was a disaster after move-in.Communication is very poor, and their compensation for damages was pathetic.
One of their trucks almost ran me off the road. Driver trying to pass me at 20km above the speed limit and cut into my lane before getting infront of me. I wouldn't trust these drivers moving my stuff at all!
I would not recommend Canada movers. I had items that were broken as well as missing. The item missing is irreplaceable. The taped tote container was left empty upon receiving it where the item should have been. Nothing was done by the company for remedy.
This was the first time we used Canada Moving and we were beyond thrilled with how the move went and how efficient Uhmar and his team were. They work well together and were so professional with everything. Thank you for making this move less stressful!

Alex was a great start to the process and did an incredible job walking us through the quote and pre-move process.Our movers on moving day were Craig P, Geoff L and Justin B. They were incredible. They were friendly, approachable, and they hustled in a professional way. They treated our stuff as if it was their own. I can't thank them enough for making our move seamless. Would highly recommend them!
