We used RJ for our move in September. The team was very good and were very focused on all the details required to make this move smooth and error free. Starting with Rick who came out to see us initially review our requirements to the team who came to do that move they were very friendly and experienced.We had one minor issue with a small piece of hardwood being scratched during the move. When I brought it to the teams attention, they notified Rick. Rick came by that evening to repair the minor damage. When done it looked good as new.Also, one of our couches was too large to get it into the basement. We had take down a couple of 2 x 4 the next day and Rick send the team back in to get that couch into the basement.We highly recommend Rick and his team for your next move! Outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
Was an absolute pleasure dealing with Mike, Aidan, Dakota and Dustin who moved our 90 yr old mother from London to Burlington.The crew was greatly respectful of mum's belongings, efficient in their loading/unloading, and courteous throughout.The final invoice came in slightly below the quotation amount.We highly recommend RJ's professional services for a stress free out-of-town move.PS. I'd also like to claim the longest repeat business interval after first using RJ's services when moving from London to Hamilton in 1981!
