Travis and Stephon were fantastic! They did a challenging move and overcame a few curveballs with ease. Very professional and polite, and most importantly very careful with the moved items and with preventing damage in the house where items were moved in. When a team takes time to fold their moving blankets neatly and precisely, you know you've got good movers. Very highly recommended!
Booking my move started online and led to an instant phonecall. Less than 10 minutes later my move was booked. I received regular confirmations and felt very confident. I thought their pricing was very reasonable.John and Gerald were our movers. They did a great job, worked well together and had what they needed. AND I couldn't have asked for two nicer people.This was the second time I used all my sons and I'm very happy with both experiences.
The moving crew of Brandon, Jimmy, Austin, Paysor, Javon, Stephan, Aaron, and Gerald recently completed a large move for us in the Georgetown area and were outstanding . This crew worked together very efficiently, were very careful to wrap fragile items, listened to any concerns we had, each member introduced themselves to us and shook our hand before they started in a professional manner, and showed amazing teamwork. Moving is so stressful but this crew really helped reduce our stress. Job well done Brandon and crew!
This place is just horrible.They showed up at like 9 am at 6:30 pm they was still unloading the truck, making a big deal with the 3 rd floor apartment when I gave them the address from the start so they knew it. Keep in mine there was no washer and dryer and no sofa that had to be moved since we sold it. Showed up with an out of shape new employee who couldn’t do anything… the other two guys was great! I took out the insurance…Which DO NOT PAY for that.They broke our 65 inch tv, an end table, shelves and a lot of Halloween stuff that can’t be replaced..they offered me 305 dollars to replace it. It doesn’t even replace the end table and shelf later on the T.V. If you accept you can’t leave a review.I’ve sent multiple emails expressing my dissatisfaction with the offer and have not once been responded to. We moved in July, it’s now November.Stay far far far away from this company..
