Talian, Jackson, & Christian helped move our whole house on 2/6 and they were AMAZING. They arrived on time and got the job done much faster than expected. They were polite and handled our items with care.The office staff was great as well. Due to the winter weather, we had to reschedule a couple of times and they made it easy and accommodated us perfectly.I would recommend them to everyone seeking movers and will use them again for any future needs. Jay & Nat helped us move all the large & delicate furniture from our old apartment to our new one, they showed up on time, were incredibly careful with all our stuff, and were super polite and friendly too!Also worth noting they finished 2 hours quicker than anticipated - what else can you ask for! The movers we were assigned were EXCELLENT. They were moved our heaviest furniture and did so quickly and efficiently. Their customer service skills were excellent. They asked great questions took great care of our belongings. I had never used a moving company before and I would 100% use them again. The agents I spoke with on the phone were also pleasant and helpful. We were very impressed with the whole experience.
Eric is the most outstanding example of customer service I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing!! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!I booked my move with Eric and he was so thorough, friendly and helpful. The movers did a FANTASTIC job with the exception of one little hiccup of our bed not being put together properly BUT Eric worked tirelessly to get the matter resolved and made me feel like I mattered every step of the way! They are not brokers and that is first thing to know about movers brokers subcontract to companies they don’t even know. This company’s driver picked up our stuff and the same guy unpacked it four states away. The mover and his assistant were great and carefully handled our stuff.
