Jose and Rubin delivered and installed my Washer and Dryer and I could not be more impressed with their service!!! They are polite, professional, respectful, knowledgeable and truly care about doing their absolute BEST!! They took the time to educate me on reasons why my previous set up was not functioning properly, and then went above and beyond to explain to me that when a service person comes to maintain these machines, this is what I need to request from the service repair person in order for things to work properly and efficiently. Honestly they really do care and go the extra mile to install each unit methodically, literally as if it was for their own home. Quick and professional... Getting that washing machine down the stairs took me several hours to set up the pulleys, getting it back up took them about two minutes from when they walked in the front door. In and out, new washer installed, in ten minutes flat. Would definitely hire them again.
Our move with Trend Moving from Pelham, NH to Old Orchard, ME was a mixed experience—and unfortunately, the negatives far outweighed the positives. The crew in Pelham did a great job packing and handling our belongings with care. However, the crew that handled the delivery in Old Orchard was careless and unprofessional.The truck was packed poorly, which led to several pieces of furniture being broken or scratched. We also found markings on the walls of our new home. I reached out to Vincent, the sales rep I had worked with, to report the damage and express our concerns, but I never received a response.The lack of accountability and the damage caused during the move were extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Trend Moving.***While the comment below from the owner sound good, it has been 7 weeks since my complaint and still no one from the company has reached out to me. Terrible customer service. ******Over eight months and still no response from anyone at Trend Moving***
