Extremely Disappointed – Lost My Belongings and No AccountabilityI moved from Miami to Los Angeles with City Movers and honestly, I’m very disappointed with how things turned out. They lost one of my boxes that had valuable items — books, a $1000 speaker, a keyboard, mouse, projector, and cables — worth around $2000–$2500 total. It’s been a week since delivery, and it doesn’t look like they’re going to find it.The reason this happened is simple — they didn’t number or label the boxes with stickers like professional movers normally do. Because of that, my box just disappeared in the process. I’ve tried reaching out, but the communication has been poor and there’s no real solution.I’ll be filing a small claims lawsuit in Florida because this is unacceptable. I trusted them with my belongings, and they completely failed to handle things professionallyI’ve attached the missing box
