I just finished using flat rate movers, and it was the most mind blowing fantastic flawless moving experience of my entire life and I have moved easily 30 times.Luis is a fantastic team Member and the guys are so great. They remembered every small detail of where things were in my old apartment versus my new apartment that they just blew me away.This is probably the first move I ever had were nothing broke.They also have smiles on their face every minute of the move and they are with you until all your furniture is put away and all your boxes opened up.It was an absolute pleasure to work with them so I gave them well deserved tips.
We have used Flat Rate moving for our last couple of moves. There are no hidden costs, it's important to put everything you're moving on the list, the pricing is fair. If you forget anything they accommodate so easily the day of. We moved from Brickell Key to Coral Gables, they have all of the demanding insurance and paperwork needed for HOA approvals. The communication is great from the initial quote, to finalizing details, to finally the day of, time of arrival, etc. Petrovi and his father were exceptional! They were so helpful, great communication, very efficient, and above all really nice people. I cannot recommend them enough! We hope we get to work with them again on our next move.

I received my quote from Martin and he also was the only person that followed up with me with a call when I was shopping for quotes. I received a lower quote from a competitor that was popular on social media but the first interaction with them was not like my experience with Martin. And I was able to find reviews for the Miami branch for Flatrate that had good feedback, vs the other competitor....which was difficult to find any reviews on them.On the day of my move, I had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan, David and Rafael that helped me move. They helped ease all my stress on the day-of and got everything packed into the truck in under 1.5hrs. Even small items I did not include on my quote, they persisted to help take them for me, which made a big difference in what I had to take in my car. They also helped stage everything exactly as I needed at my new place. They were so friendly, efficient, fast, professional and even though it was such a hot day, they were still laughing and making the best of it. They took care of all my items and handled them with extreme care....down to the light bulb I forgot on my lamp. Me and my mom could not stop praising how awesome these guys were and how happy we were at the end of the day that we chose Flatrate for our move. We highly recommend them for those looking for a reputable moving company.

The team was professional, efficient, and handled all office items with great care and attention.
