Needed a professional moving company for a next day move and found Advance moving online.I read the reviews and decided to give them a call, safe to say I booked my next day move on that call.From the beginning to end, office staff to movers, everyone I spoke to had a very friendly and professional demeanor.The staff and movers gave advance notice of arrival, they were very fast with wrapping my valuables, packing and moving my items and furnitures. From the old place to my new apartment, I felt very relieved to leave everything to them. I just stood by watching them do what I struggled to do when I moved the first time with out any help.There was a slight accident with the rain gutter,(a small section got squished, haha) but a quick call and they had everything taken care of. They had a professional come out to replace the part. It was done with care and I appreciate the great job he did.Overall, I'm very glad I gave them a chance and really appreciate all that they've done for me. We are on the tail end of an incredible moving experience with Advance Moving. We have moved many times and this was by far the best crew we’ve had. From the initial inquiry calls to the email and phone communication, to the very clear and transparent pricing and expectations, we were impressed.For the first time, we had a packing service as well as a move. This was worth absolutely every penny. The crew that packed us was so efficient. They got a 4 bedroom, 3 storey house packed in under 6 hours. The only complaint on the receiving end is that everything was so well packed and carefully wrapped that we had a ton of leftover paper.The moving team (forgive me if I have the names off!) of Omar, Javi, Dylan, and Roy were wonderfully cooperative, had great strategies and problem solving for trickier spaces, were extremely flexible, and were generally lovely to work with.They worked a long day, and were so thoughtful about making sure the kids’ rooms and beds were well set-up for them.I really appreciate how well they followed the instructions I laid out for them about packing.All in all, this was a fantastic experience top to bottom, in addition to being among the most affordable moving services.This was our first time using Advance Movers and we will be recommending them to everyone we know!Thank you!
From very first contact, this compamy was the best. They follow up, send a quote ahead of time and keep sending great info on packing and what to expect until the day of the move.They comfirm a few days before and call you with an ETA in the morning of your move.Ameen and Mohamed showed up to our appartment on time andwere fantastic for our move to our new home. All of our furniture was wrapped and well taken care of. They were nice, respectful and efficient.It was my first time with this moving company and I will absolutely keep them in mind for any future moves. They say their job is to offer a 5 stars service and they absolutely deliver!
