They arrived on time and explained me all the process to have a very smoothly moving experience. They did not leave my house until we were 100% satisfied. From booking the service to the pick up to the installation of all my belongings in my new place this experience was above and beyond all my expectations. You could not ask for a more professional, personal, and respectful experience. 12/10. Also important to note that the staff mostly work for tips and as the rates are lower than other companies, I was more than happy to offer a generous tip to the individuals who helped me move. I was pretty stressed about the whole thing and as soon as I saw how awesome they were all my anxiety evaporated. 100% recommend.

I have moved twice with Bust A Move and my experience with them has been nothing but professional and exceptional. From the ease of getting a quote to the kind reminders to the very courteous and kind movers themselves to the after experience, I can say with full certainty that I've never had a more pleasant or stress free move (as stress free as moving goes of course) than when working with Bust A Move. I have moved with this company about 4 times now. Most recently, they helped move me out of a storage facility in April 2024 into the basement of my grandparents home. They listened and were quick and efficient. Whole move took about 5 hours.

I've moved with other companies who were pretty good but Bust A Move Moving are simply the best. Their prices are reasonable and I can always count on a job well done. I'll need them again as long as I'm in Montreal and I'll certainly be calling on them once more.
