The team arrived promptly on time. They did not stop all day! They were very easy to work with moving our things from apartment to a house then some items from house to storage unit. I would use this company again
The guys were very friendly. Worked swiftly and efficiently. They got the trucks loaded faster than expected. They held the furniture for two days and took it to another state. Again they unloaded the items efficiently. As I unwrapped I noticed more damage items. All of my light fixtures became wobbly. And some of my items were damaged. I have used Smooth Moving & Storage on two different moves and I find them to be very easy to work with and customer centric. Ara and Nick worked tirelessly to make sure that I was happy and the logistics of the move was smooth. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
BEST MOVE of my entire 5 years in Nashville and we've moved 4 times!! We have owned this VERY large and very heavy dining room table. It is a solid piece of wood that is 6.5 ft. by 6.5 ft square and about 8 inches thick. It had to be carried downstairs from a tall and skinny townhome with shoulder straps. I've had a company leave it and not move it before. So I always prepare the moving company for what I am asking. These guys came prepared and had the table out the door and in the truck in less than 30 minutes. We down sized and basically moved just our living room and dining room to a 1 bedroom apartment across town. They did all of this in under 2 hours. They don't charge the extra fees for the truck and since they do small moves they don't have that 3 hour minimum most companies do. The lady that scheduled and gave us the quotes was excellent as well! The young men that showed up were fast and efficient. They never slowed down. If two were moving something heavy the other guy was grabbing smaller things and moving with purpose. I would hire these guys over and over again!
