Cannot say enough about how amazing these movers are. This was our second time with Danny and his crew and they are polite, careful, and incredibly efficient. Pricing is the best you will find, *especially* for this level of professionalism. Hopefully we don’t need to move again any time soon, but if we do we know who we’re calling.
I had a great experience with this moving company. They arrived on time, were respectful and courteous, and made a stressful day so much easier. They were flexible when I needed to make a few changes and handled my belongings with care. The crew worked hard and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
I hired Great Moving and storage on Tuesday for Friday. They kept me alert as to the time they would arrive. Bek and his helper Ali were polite, fast and efficient. I moved 5 miles away. The whole thing was two hours. My deposit was refunded. This was a very nice experience and I would recommend them.

Update September: still nothing. Tried to call them and nobody reach back.Update 07 July: I sent two emails and left a voice mail and nobody ever responded.Our move was estimated at 4 hours with one stop, but ended up taking 7.5 hours due to multiple issues, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior.The problems began when the movers struggled unexpectedly to disassemble our sofa, causing delays. We are not sure to say if it was objectively hard to disassemble or they might have caused damage it prior to it.When we met them at the second location, it became clear that only one of the three movers was experienced. The others didn't seem to know how to properly wrap or carry items and were careless with our furniture—bumping into doorways and dragging pieces across the floor.We took the subway to the final apartment and arrived 20 minutes later, only to wait another 40 minutes for the movers, who didn’t answer our calls. We later found out they had gone on a lunch break without informing us.One of the movers also made comments that made me uncomfortable. The unloading process was painfully slow and inefficient. Due to the delay and their extended break, we exceeded the estimated time by 3.5 hours and ended up paying 60% more than quoted.Despite our dissatisfaction, we still gave the gratuity we had planned, only to be told by the mover that he expected a 20% tip and had done us a “favor” by not charging us more. After the move, we discovered that our wooden dining table had been cracked.This experience was frustrating, stressful, and unprofessional from start to finish.
