I can't say enough about this wonderful company. Robert, Christian, Tyree and Romeo were amazing and moved two full houses of furniture into one house. Robert's crew moved all of my furniture from a downtown high-rise, to a split-level home on the NW side. They got it all done in about 2.5 hours and put together another bed that was in pieces at the new place already. They saved me days of work for an affordable price. Robert was super polite and easy to work with. This company came highly recommended by a realtor friend of mine. He told me they'd take care of me, and he wasn't wrong. ??

Less than one star. Ruined my antique upright piano and solid wood door into my home ($$$).Prolific with profanity. Rude. Careless. The owner/manager expected full payment prior to restitution for damages incurred. Said he wouldn’t have piano repaired if they weren’t paid in full. So I had them unload it in my garage.The photo with the bench is the piano before they moved it. . Invoice was for nearly $500.00.I do not recommend this company.
They tore up my walls and my doors. They broke my floor lamp, then hid it. I talked to Grayson more than once. He told me to file a claim. I've filed 3 and have still not even received a response. Do NOT use this company!Update: The owner reached out to me via this message in a public forum. I'm still waiting for someone to respond to one of the 3 claims I filed. Nobody has contacted me personally, not by text, a call or even by email. I plan to submit one more claim. If I continue with no response I intend to contact the Better Business Bureau.
