I-Go/United Van Lines helped us with a long distance move that involved 2 days of packing and several challenges including shuttling of our belongings from our home to their truck and multiple flights of stairs on both ends. They were careful, courteous and thorough. And the move coordinator, Lynn, was so helpful at keeping us informed all along the way! A big thanks to Toby and his packing & move teams, as well!

I appreciated the knowledge and communication of the representative who helped me understand the cost and organization of the move. Due to being in an apartment I wished that I knew the timing of the movers a few nights before rather than the night before as I had to reserve the moving dock. But it all worked out. My antique desk did have a break which thankfully is an easy fix but would have liked the moving people to have a better strategy to protecting my furniture. But overall I would utilize I-go van and storage if I ever have to move again.

I-Go (a part of United) moved our household goods cross-country the last week of June 2025. We just retired from the military, and have moved 13 times (5 with overseas movers) in 29 years. 9 of those moves were with a moving company, and this is the first time I’ve been impressed enough to write a review.

Matt Zagar, the driver, was excellent! He listened to our needs and concerns, then followed through. For example, we have many fragile items like glassware, earthenware, homemade pottery, etc. Matt packed all our kitchen items very carefully. Another man on his team, Ron, was also meticulous and careful.

When our moving plans got changed to being delivered directly (instead of going to storage), Matt adjusted his schedule so he could drive our belongings (picking safer routes when several states had severe weather alerts). He got our things safely to our home (despite it being on a mountain gravel road), and found a hardworking team on the delivery side of the move (even though it was short notice) that carefully brought my piano up the stairs.

My teenager calls Matt a “master driver.” He was excellent with communication, and he even helped me figure out a safe route (with dog-friendly stops - thank you, Love’s!) when I unexpectedly needed to drive across a few states without my husband.

Yesterday, I finished unpacking my kitchen items that he packed. This is only the second move we have had without anything breaking from the kitchen boxes. Matt Zagar went above and beyond to help me and my family feel safe and cared for when we were stressed and vulnerable. If we ever need to move again, I would ask for Matt first, to find out when he is available.

We did an in town move using I-Go-Van and storage company. They did a wonderful job. The teams are very courteous and care. They really care what you have to say. They are on top of every aspect of the move. I would say they are definitely the A-Team when it comes to moving and storage in this area. A pleasure to deal with and everyone from Jeff on down are the best. To name a few Patrick, Scott, Q, Ron, Wayne, PJ as well as the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with and made things light and lively as moving can always be a bit stressful. They all went above and beyond and really helped us out as dates were changing on us. I would never think of calling anyone else when we move again! When it comes to moving and Storage, I -Go Van and Storage is the A Team.
