This company is a complete fraud. Tori had a terrible attitude, was disrespectful to my husband, and constantly complained about lifting heavy items. During the move, the crew started arguing inside my home while my baby was trying to sleep. I told them to be quiet, and they ignored me and continued arguing. I paid for a professional service, not for three movers fighting in my house.They rushed the job and caused damage—my dresser was scratched, my fridge was dented, and my bed was assembled incorrectly. The damages were never acknowledged. I was charged without the fees ever being discussed with me or approved, and I never received an invoice. Completely unprofessional and not trustworthy.
If moving ever has to happen again, I’m calling them. They were understanding, communicative, and moved FAST. No stress, no confusion, just good people doing great work. Highly recommend. Deon and Kervens were the movers I had!
