Smooth and fast move! 4 guys and a truck came to move our family. They were super friendly and efficient. No complaints about the items they had to move or dealing with the steps leading into our house. (High side of the street in Brookline). They took great care of our items. Worked efficiently to finish the job over an hour- 2.5 hours faster than quoted. We previously moved with Don Farr and had a terrible experience. We highly recommend Two Men and A Truck and would definitely move with them again. From booking over the phone to the final walk, everything was easy, professional, and fast!!

I am writing on behalf of my elderly father. He hired their services a few months ago. On site the guys were great, respectful, nice and hard working. He received a call the night of the move stating they couldn't fit his kayak into his storage unit. A few days a later another crew called and asked where he wanted the kayak, I told them to put it in the backyard of my rental unit. When I arrived I realized it wasn't just the kayak (see photo, note I had already moved a lot of boxes etc) but a ton of extra items. This is where my frustration begins, the initial crew should have known his storage unit was too small, as it wasn't even close, and let him know ASAP to get a new unit. Secondly it was not made clear the amount of remaining items. I assumed it was just the kayak, so I told them to leave it in the yard, luckily I checked it out, as my father's record collection, hand made doll house etc were sitting in the rain. They charged $400 for moving these leftover items. Thirdly, my father called them to complain and request the refund for the $400, he never heard back from them. Lastly, we started moving a few things out if the storage unit, and so far found two ripped couch cushions and one broken TV.In response... What an aggressive response filled with so many falsehoods. To begin with the storage unit was 17' x 10', not 10'x 10', see attached photo. Secondly there was no conversation where my father said he would be right down, My dad is the kind of guy who gets to an appointment an hour early "Just to be safe" so I guarantee if he said he would be there, he would be there. Thirdly, my rental unit does not have a garage and as far we knew the only item in the truck was a kayak so leaving it in the backyard was no big deal. I used you guys for my move and was pleased, I also used Two Men and Junk Truck many times and recommended that service on multiple occasions. I am shocked and disappointed this is how you treat your customers, shame on you.
