Our easiest move yet! The crew were professional, very careful with our belongings, and super quick and timely. We had a VERY difficult entryway at the property we were moving out of, and they went above and beyond to make sure they could get everything out of the home safely for us. Highly recommend
Do not recommend...After being referred by a friend, I am so sorry to have to leave this first for me, less than desirable review. It has been several months since our move and this company has yet to make things right. From over billing and unauthorized charges to our credit card, to extensive damage and negligence, to hanging up the phone and talking rudely to us, the management is unwilling to sit with us, as requested and resolve many, many issues. The workers were all mostly hard working and respectful, and we do really appreciate their hard work. The management however, has been a nightmare. They are still trying to collect from us even after they owe us for over billing. They have been politely informed that they have left their equipment on site and have yet to retrieve it. They were late on more than one occasion with no communication of newly expected arrival times, and just drove off on others without securing our items. One whole truck worth was severely damaged beyond repair. Our scheduled 2 day move took more than 4 days and we were forced to rent a U-Haul to get our stuff out ourselves before passing papers. I have moved many times, even across state lines and never experienced anything like this. They made us many assurances, even patting themselves on the back siting excellent Google reviews, but they did not even come close to delivering on their promises. I am sorry to say I DO NOT recommend this company.
We hired JC Moving to load our U-Pack Trailer. They sent 2 men to load the trailer. The loaded and locked up the trailer for us. When the trailer arrived everything had fallen over and done several thousand dollars in damage. The owner offered us $500 to settle and we said no. I would highly recommend you not using this company.
I contacted a few companies to see if anyone was available to move an armoire I had just purchased. JC was able to fit me in quickly and for a reasonable price. The company I purchased the armoire from wouldn’t bring it up my stairs so I needed movers to bring it from my entryway up a flight of stairs to my bedroom. I have an old colonial so the stairs and hallways are tight. The two movers arrived punctual and were very kind. Honestly from the first phone call it felt like I was just talking to friends. They were able to move the 215 lb armoire upstairs without any mishaps. They even put the feet on for me and took the trash! I’m so grateful they were able to help me with this task. It also put me at ease that the company is insured just in case! I will definitely use them again in the future for big or small moves! Highly recommend.
