They arrived on time and explained me all the process to have a very smoothly moving experience. They did not leave my house until we were 100% satisfied. They even follow up the day after just to know if we had any problems with the Service. No hidden fees.
From booking the service to the pick up to the installation of all my belongings in my new place this experience was above and beyond all my expectations. You could not ask for a more professional, personal, and respectful experience. 12/10. Also important to note that the staff mostly work for tips and as the rates are lower than other companies, I was more than happy to offer a generous tip to the individuals who helped me move. I have moved with this company about 4 times now. Most recently, they helped move me out of a storage facility in April 2024 into the basement of my grandparents home. They listened and were quick and efficient. Whole move took about 5 hours.I've moved with other companies who were pretty good but Bust A Move Moving are simply the best. Their prices are reasonable and I can always count on a job well done. I'll need them again as long as I'm in Montreal and I'll certainly be calling on them once more.
