This companies drivers blocked 2 handicapped parking spaces plus 3 more regular parking places for residents. Zero consideration for people as long as it makes THEIR JOB EASIER!! BOYCOT THIS COMPANY!! ZERO CHARACTER!!! The place was Riverwood apartments in Clayton and it was today. Pretty weak response but oh well. Im finished here.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Put a hole in my wall and have been waiting over 2 months for a $100 credit.Edit- No repair tech was offered, and the moving process was highly unprofessional. Rather than using a door stop to keep my apartment door open, the movers mushed one of my sneakers under my door. I would think that a moving company would come prepared with door stops.
On October 13, 2025, we hired Miracle Movers of Raleigh and paid a $150 deposit to secure a move scheduled for October 15, 2025. During the move on October 15, 2025, one of Miracle Movers’ staff members was carrying two dumbbells upstairs when he tripped, fell, and struck his head. During the fall, one of the dumbbells caused a deep gouge in a stair tread.We heard the incident and went to investigate. The staff member was seated on the stairs rubbing his head and stated that he had tripped and fallen. He immediately acknowledged the damage, expressed remorse, and reported the incident to someone within his company. We then paid the remaining balance of $482.30, bringing the total amount paid to $632.30.Later that same day, October 15, 2025, we received an email from Jarrett Hagwood, Claims Specialist with Miracle Movers of Raleigh, which included a claim form and instructions for submitting a damage claim. One of the required steps was obtaining a repair estimate. On October 31, 2025, we submitted all requested documentation. Jarrett confirmed receipt of the documents and stated, “The timeframe for resolution is 60–90 days, but I am hoping to be able to get this done as soon as possible.”On December 11, 2025, we contacted Jarrett Hagwood requesting an update but did not receive a response. We followed up again on December 19, 2025, regarding the status of our claim and again received no response. On December 29, 2025, at 8:59 p.m., we reached out a third time and included additional Miracle Movers staff email addresses listed on the company’s website, requesting an update. Jarrett Hagwood responded on December 30, 2025, at 10:08 a.m., stating that a personal family emergency had caused the delay. He further stated, “All of your claim paperwork has been submitted, and I am currently awaiting a response from the General Manager. I understand that your claim is approaching the 90-day mark, and I want you to know that I am actively working to get this resolved as soon as possible. I was informed that approval is pending at the corporate level, and I will be reaching out personally to follow up on the status.”On January 22, 2026, we contacted Jarrett Hagwood again to request an update. He responded on January 23, 2026, stating, “We are still actively working toward a resolution and are currently awaiting approval from corporate to move forward,” and included Robin Bennette in the email.At this time, we have waited beyond the stated 90-day timeframe for resolution of the claim. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We are requesting that Miracle Movers of Raleigh pay for the damages to our stairs caused by their staff member. We do NOT recommend this moving company.
I could not have asked for better movers. The day started unexpectedly when only 2 movers showed up when they has quoted me 3. They explained one guy did not show up so I went with it hoping the 3rd may come along. With a 2 man crew and a flight of steps things obviously take longer to load and stage in the truck which I expected. The time ticked away but they never let up. I had 2 friends that came and we all pitched in and got the truck loaded and unloaded at the new place. I know they were worn out but they were in it for the long haul and I had a lot of stuff. I lost NOTHING in this move, not one glass, dish or anything so that is 4 stars for me for sure but Michael and Austin worked their butts off and never let up. No complaining or disrespect but well mannered and thanked me for feeding them lunch. The 5 stars is well deserved and definitely due to Michael and Austin. *****!!!!!!
