PAY ATTENTION TO THE BAD REVIEWS! I don’t know how this company has 4.9 stars. My experience with them was awful. We booked a 20 foot truck for a two bedroom townhouse (the second bedroom barely had anything in it). These guys literally just threw everything into the U-Haul with no rhyme or reason. At one point they were throwing our couch cushions down the stairwell into the front yard. They placed metal items on wood items. They packed the U-Haul so poorly that we couldn’t even fit some of our stuff into it and had to get rid of items like our TV. My wife had to rearrange the U-Haul the best she could in the middle of the hottest part of the day. They charged us over $400 to do what we could’ve just done ourselves for free. They complained the entire time, right in front of us. They acted annoyed the whole time. They weren’t friendly or courteous at all until they were done and expecting a tip. DO NOT HIRE THEM!! They might be one of the cheaper options, but they’re cheaper for a reason. We’ve moved six times in the last four years and this has been the worst experience we’ve ever had with any moving service.
This is the third time we’ve used Undergrads movers. Sam, Hunter, Pablo, Chase and Colin did a wonderful job moving our storage units. They were careful, courteous and very patient. They worked fast and were able to get the job done in an efficient manner and in the proposed estimated time.
Sam and Tee were awesome! They were prompt, courteous, careful and detail oriented. I would highly recommend if you need some moving done. They helped us move a heavy hutch that we purchased.
